Well Rooman, it's looking pretty good with all roads clear except the Grey Parkway. There seems to be a 3 vehicle pile-up. I would stay clear of the area, maybe use Sprinters Lane as an alternate.

Love your photos. My boy misses the baseball diamond. We got shuffled to a dog park which is so much smaller. Your guys look like they are having a blast.
Ha ha ha! What's even worse is when there's a traffic jam in the kitchen! It's ALWAYS when you really have to go to the bathroom!
