The results of Wednesday's run in. This shirt has been worn many times to cover and protect a cut. They tend to pout a bit when they see it coming. Not their shade of purple I guess.

She looks so cute and innocent here doesn't she? Photos can be deceiving. She's not feeling well and when that happens she tends to get a smidge bitchy. Between that, and not having been to the dog park in a week, she was displaying inappropriate behavior like it was a Picasso, prominently and proudly. She took a bite out of Dru yesterday during a run. Dru was on a crazy dog lap and Willow just intercepted with a snap that left a nickel-sized hole in Dru's side. My fault for not recognizing her state sooner and putting a muzzle on her. Now they are both grounded until they heal up.

Renee was not expecting the barrage of dog flesh that went flying by. She was minding her own business, playing with her squeaky toy, before she was so rudely interrupted.

As you have noticed, I have been incommunicado for the past few days. That would be due to a fantastic vacation in Flagstaff, AZ. Woo Hoo! But I'm glad to be home and back with the girls. This is pretty close to what I was greeted with last night when I went to pick them up. Though Willow revolted a bit when she learned she had to leave the W resort and spa and return the the drudgery of home.

Renee used to ignore me, but I recently learned the secret to her heart is through snackies. Now she spends a portion of her time at play date like this. That's the look of hope.
